Sleep| Are you getting enough sleep?


Sometimes I lay in the bed, but cannot get to sleep. On nights such as this, I counter my restlessness by taking a warm shower to remove any tension in my body, I make sure to wear comfortable sleepwear, I make my bedroom completely quiet, and I make the room completely dark by covering all electronics that generate light. I also use eye covers! So, on nights when I only receive 4 to 6 hours of sleep, I still feel completely rested and ready to take on the next day.
