Water | Are You Getting Enough Water?

I would like to bring the sexy back to drinking water. I am all in with getting rid of the caffeinated and sugary drinks. Boy do they do a lot of harm to the body! The body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Because the body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to rehydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water. Just take a look at the goldfish, all bright eyed and shiny! That’s what water can do for you!
