Smoking| Smoking is for turkeys!
There are no words to describe how much I truly enjoy smoked meats. The process, of smoking meats, adds flavors that cannot be duplicated in a conventional oven, or on a stove top. For centuries, the process of smoking has been used to preserve meats, and keep them from spoiling too quickly. During the smoking process, hypnotic flavors are added to every fraction of the meat for the consumer to delight in. So, this is where I do not get cigarettes! I believe when people choose to smoke cigarettes, it’s simply because they have not eaten a good piece of smoked meat. Seriously though, if you smoke, let this be the year you put down the cigarettes, and pick up the smoked turkey sandwiches.
