Are you getting enough sleep?


Sometimes I lay in the bed, but cannot get to sleep. On nights such as this, I start by taking a warm shower to remove any tension in my body. I make sure to wear comfortable sleepwear. I make the room completely dark by covering all electronics that generate light. I also have eye covers! And I make the room completely quiet. So, even when I only receive 4 to 6 hours of sleep, I still feel completely rested due to my sound free uninterrupted sleep.
